AtJusBeeCreations Crochet Designs, every item is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because of the handmade nature of our products, we have the following refund and return policy in place.

Handmade Crochet Items

We gladly accept returns on eligible handmade crochet items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

‍ ‍. *The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  1. *The item must be free of odors, stains, pet hair, smoke, or any signs of wear.

  2. *The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

  3. *Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was. sent.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • *Digital PDF crochet patterns

  • *Custom or personalized orders

  • *Made-to-order items

  • *Gift cards

  • *Clearance or final sale items

  • *Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can quickly resolve the issue.

Ifapproved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

  • *Ready-to-ship orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet shipped.

  • *Custom and made-to-order items may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if work has not yet begun.

Shipping

  • *Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.

  • *We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items. JusBeeCreations Crochet Designs is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
