JusBeeCreations sells downloadable crochet patterns in PDF or other digital formats. Purchasing a pattern gives you a limited license to use the pattern. You are purchasing access to the instructions and design information; you are not purchasing ownership of the copyright or intellectual property contained in the pattern. Unless expressly stated otherwise, digital patterns are delivered electronically. No physical product is shipped when purchasing a digital pattern. You are responsible for ensuring that your device, software, printer, and internet connection are capable of accessing the purchased file.

PERSONAL USE LICENSE

Unless otherwise stated in a specific product listing, each JusBeeCreations crochet pattern is licensed to the original purchaser for personal use.

You may:

Use the pattern to create projects for yourself.

Use the pattern to create gifts for family and friends.

Print or save a reasonable number of copies for your own personal reference.

You may also sell finished handmade items that you personally create from a JusBeeCreations pattern in small quantities, provided that the written pattern itself is not reproduced, distributed, or included with the finished product. Credit such as:“Pattern by JusBeeCreations Crochet Designs”is appreciated when selling or displaying finished items. This permission applies to finished handmade items only and does not transfer ownership of the pattern or design instructions. Commercial mass production or manufacturing based on a JusBeeCreations pattern is not permitted without prior written authorization.

COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original content on this website and in JusBeeCreations products is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual-property laws. Purchase one copy of a pattern for use by a group, class, organization, or multiple individuals unless permission has been granted. Each person who wishes to use a paid pattern should obtain their own lawful copy unless another license is expressly provided.

PATTERN ACCURACY

We work carefully to provide clear and accurate crochet patterns. However, crochet patterns may occasionally contain typographical errors, formatting issues, incorrect counts, unclear wording, or other mistakes. When an error is identified, we may update the digital pattern or provide a correction. If you believe you have found an error in a JusBeeCreations pattern, please contact us through our Contact page or at brittanybhee34@yahoo.com. Updates, corrections, or revised files may be provided at our discretion.

SKILL GAUGE & FINISHED RESULTS

Crochet is a handmade process, and individual results naturally vary. Your finished project may differ from photographs or listed measurements because of factors such as: Yarn choice, fiber content, dye lot, hook size, personal tension, gauge, substitutions, modifications, blocking, finishing techniques, and individual interpretation of the instructions. You are responsible for checking gauge, reading the pattern carefully, selecting appropriate materials, and determining whether adjustments are suitable for your project. Finished measurements are estimates unless otherwise stated. We cannot guarantee that every crocheter will achieve an identical finished result.

PURCHASES & PAYMENT

Prices are displayed on the website and may change without notice. Payment must be successfully completed before access to a paid digital product is provided. Orders may be processed through Squarespace and supported third-party payment processors. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information when making a purchase. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary because of payment issues, suspected fraud, technical errors, pricing mistakes, misuse, or other legitimate business reasons.

REFUNDS & DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital crochet patterns are downloadable products. Because digital products may be delivered or made accessible immediately after purchase, purchases are generally subject to our separate Refund & Digital Product Policy. Please review that policy before completing a purchase. Nothing in these Terms eliminates any refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived in your jurisdiction.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Submitting a custom-order inquiry does not guarantee acceptance of the project or create a confirmed order. Before a custom order is confirmed, we may discuss matters including: Project specifications, measurements, colors, yarn availability, design limitations, price, payment requirements, estimated completion time, and shipping or delivery where applicable. A custom order is considered confirmed only after JusBeeCreations expressly accepts the project and any required payment has been received. Because handmade items require time and materials, changes requested after materials are purchased or work begins may be limited or may result in additional charges. Exact recreation of inspiration photographs or another designer’s work cannot be guaranteed and may be declined. Additional terms may apply to an individual custom project and will be communicated before the order is finalized.

When you contact us, submit a form, purchase a product, or request support, you agree that we may communicate with you as reasonably necessary to respond to the request or service the transaction. This may include order confirmations, download information, pattern-support responses, custom-order correspondence, and other transactional communications. Marketing emails are handled separately and may be unsubscribed from according to the instructions provided in those emails.
